Workshops
Student and post-doc attendees are encouraged to arrive Sunday morning (6/10) so they will be able to attend the optional pre-conference workshops. Most workshops will be interactive with panels featuring grad students, local industry members, and professors. Pre-conference workshops will be held from 1 PM to 4PM and will focus on three areas: Careers in Academia, Careers in Industry, and Succeeding in Graduate School.
Lunch will be provided starting 12:30 PM

Activities
Optional pre-conference activities will be held on Sunday evening (6/10). Participation in official pre-conference activities will require sign-up as a part of registration as some activities will have a small fee.
